Privacy shaped for a private collection environment.
The privacy stance follows the product stance: discreet, restrained, and built around serious ownership rather than public exposure.
Private by default
Uploads, saved watch files, notes, and documents are treated as private collection material. The platform posture is to preserve discretion and keep ownership records contained.
What the system uses
Images and metadata are used to power identification, comparison, valuation range estimation, and portfolio structure. Future production integrations should maintain this boundary and avoid unrelated data collection.
Documents and notes
Attached documents and notes exist to improve the private record. They should never be treated as public listing material or exposed without explicit user control.
Retention and control
A production implementation should let users delete scans, remove documents, and control saved records with the same precision the interface applies elsewhere.
